I know we haven't posted in a while and I'm so sorry about that. But I decided to write this post to encourage you to help people. Here are some ideas:

• Donate money to an animal shelter
• Donate toys, books, or games for children in need or in a hospital

Also Kare wants to not only help people in need, but also help the earth!!!

A few posts ago Rosalinda talked about goals we had. I was just thinking that we should have you comment about what goals you've accomplished and also comment on other goals you have and if you've accomplished them.

Hi! I was thinking just now, about activities we could do help.

Here is what i thought of:

Gardening

Spending time with the elderly

Writing cards to doctors, dentists and more!

Giving a present to someone you know and love

Some more about Kare

 Kare isn't just about doing the projects and goals, it is also about doing stuff to care for the world in your own situations. For example, what if you had a brother in the hospital and he was very sick. What would you do? Would you:
1. Give him a nice big hug and kiss

2. Send him a card

3. Give him a stuffed animal

4. Craft him something


Those are good ways to make people feel better! There is hard situations too.

Stuff About Kare

Now since this is the Kare Club blog I thought I'd talk a little bit about Kare. Kare was made by Kanisha, Abby (me!), Rosalinda, and Esme. Karla and Katelyn joined Kare Club a little while later. It's hard to explain how Kare was called Kare so I'll show you instead:

Now look straight down at the highlighted letters. See it? And since we created Kare on Valentines Day (well actually the day before Valentines Day) our Kare Club anniversary is on Valentines Day. What better day to celebrate Kare then on the day you show you care about others?

Hello there! I forgot to tell you that each Kare member has their own job. I will put a list of the jobs each person has:


Kanisha: Newspaper

Abby: Magazine

Rosalinda: President

Esme: Editor

Karla: Photographer

Katelyn: Treasurer

Symbol

The kare club symbol is a heart with a earth inside it. I think of it as "Care for the earth" I don't know about any of the other Kare members though. The symbol was made by...... I think kanisha but if any of the kare members remeber somebody else or themselves thought of it just comment.

Water trampoline

Me and Esme did 1,000 rolls on the trampoline with water and it was very cloudy and cold. After each 300 we would take a 15 second break. But when we were at 600 we didn't have a break till we were at 1,000!
The funny thing is that the sun came out when we were at 1,000!

Hello this is Karla and Abby. We are all raising money for a girl in the hospital so we can buy her an American Girl Doll. And we made her a card with our signature on it with stickers. Karla:) Abby:)
